Service Terms and Conditions

  1. A minimum service charge and diagnostic fee of ₹400/- applies.
  2. Materials can only be collected upon presentation of the original copy of your MRC (Material Receipt Challan).
  3. Warranty service is available between 11:00 AM and 05:00 PM only.
  4. Warranty covers manufacturing defects exclusively.
  5. Warranty or replacement processes will take a minimum of 15 days from the date of receipt.
  6. The service center is not responsible for data loss or hardware failure.
  7. Any services or product replacements must be accompanied by a valid bill, and the warranty period will be calculated from the purchase bill date.
  8. After receiving the material for service, the status will be communicated within a maximum of 2 days.

In case the receipt is lost, the customer must provide an indemnity bond.

  1. Repairs that void the warranty will be performed on a chargeable basis.
  2. All materials received are subject to verification and inspection. If any damage is detected afterward, the customer will be notified, and applicable warranty conditions will apply.

Demurrage Charges Policy:

  1. The product will be retained at the service center free of charge for 7 (seven) days from the date of communication regarding its status (ready or not ready).
  2. After this period, a demurrage charge of ₹50 (Rupees Fifty only) per day per product will be applicable.
  3. Demurrage charges will apply for a maximum of 30 (thirty) days. If the product remains unclaimed beyond this period, the service center reserves the right to scrap or dispose of the product without further notice.
  4. The service center will not be liable for any loss, damage, or deterioration to the product due to extended storage.
  5. Service material can be delivered between 11:00 AM and 6:30 PM only.
